• Cancellations

  • If you change your mind before we’ve started design work, you’ll get a full refund.

  • If we’ve already started designing but haven’t gone to print, we’ll keep a small portion to cover the time and resources spent.

• Design Approval

  • We send you proofs for a reason — so you can double-check everything before it hits the printer.

  • Once you say “go,” we’re locked in and refunds aren’t available.

• Damaged or Defective Products

  • If something shows up damaged or defective, let us know within 5 business days with photos and your order info.

  • We’ll fix it, replace it, or make it right — fast.

• Installation Warranty

  • If we installed it and something’s off within 30 days, we’ll fix it free.

  • This doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Terms of Service – The Ground Rules

By working with Livery Lab Vinyl Worx, you agree to the following:

• Design Ownership – We retain the rights to any designs we create until full payment is received. Once paid, the final approved design belongs to you.

• Approvals – You’re responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully. Your approval means you’re happy with the design, spelling, colors, and layout.

• Production Timeline – We’ll give you an estimated completion date, but weather, supply issues, or life’s curveballs can shift things. We’ll keep you updated.

• Installation – If you’re DIY-ing an install, we’re not responsible for damage during application. Installations done by us are covered under our 30-day workmanship warranty.

• Payment – A deposit may be required to start work. All balances must be paid in full before pickup, delivery, or installation.

• Usage Rights – We may use photos of your completed project for our portfolio, website, or social media unless you request otherwise in writing.
